Two new hikes in Tompkins County have been added to the site as of today, and are accessible via the Interactive Map and Regional Listings. Check out FLT/NCT to Blackman Hill near Caroline and FLT/NCT to Eastman Hill near Brooktondale. Both of these are fun 4-mile hikes with some steep climbs to test your legs! If you would like to see one of your favorite trails featured on this website (that isn’t already listed), use this form to do so. Happy hiking!

A new feature has been added to this site to provide another way to filter trails based on location. The State Lands Listings gives a breakdown of every state land used by the trails on this site, as well as the specific hikes within each land. At this time, only state and federal lands will appear on this page, no local parks or nature preserves will be listed.

To make on-the-go navigation for these trails even easier, each hike now has a link to an AllTrails map of the route, which can easily be downloaded on a mobile device so you’ll always be able to stay on the right path. This feature requires installing the AllTrails app on a mobile device. You may use any maps you find, on this site or otherwise, to navigate while on the trail. However, in order to download maps (in case the GPS signal is spotty where you’re hiking), an AllTrails Pro subscription is required.

To locate each AllTrails map on this site, look below the interactive Google Terrain map that is shown on every hike’s page. There you will find a link to the map.
